Delivered product did not match the approved mockup. I was convinced to order a certain amount of items and literally every shaker had the same flaw in the engraved logo design, which tells me they did not quality check the production at all. And then after my order was received and I told the rep about this issue, I was told sorry - and then received no resolution or response. A sorry is not good enough for an entirely flawed order. I understand accidents happen, but this accident was due to negligence and they should be held accountable for this. I’d order with extreme caution.
